In order to offer transparency in our communications, improve traceability and build up an online repostiory of all support issues and resolutions, Techahedron is in the process of re-engineering our support structure to direct all incoming requests through a forth-coming Support Forum. Currently, we receive requests for support and information via emails and phone calls. Techahedron is in the process of building a Forum to store these requests.
Techahedron is leveraging the Open Source Simple Machines Forum to manage all support queries. This will mean that moving forward all non-urgent support requests will be directed through the forum. Rather than rely on email which is generally an individual communication channel, Techahedron will be encouraging active participation to build a community around our services.
