forum screenshotTechahedron have now moved our support structure across to our Forum. From now on support requests should be directed into the forum.

To provide high levels of support and build up an online repository of support information, we have migrated our support to a forum-based approach. This means that all our communications with our customers will be traceable and searchable, generating a knowledge base as we go.
